We use the name, email, organisation and message you provide to respond to your ExamDash enquiry and manage related correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries, or taking steps you request before entering a contract where relevant. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to run this form and deliver your message. We retain correspondence while it is needed for the enquiry and any related business records, then remove it when no longer needed.
The form uses a session cookie only for security and a hashed IP address record to limit spam. It checks submissions within a 24-hour window and removes older entries when the next submission is processed. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.
